Terrie coached Tracey on a 0-5km programme and together with Ann, they ran around the Humber Bridge Parkrun on Tracey's 'graduation day'. She zoomed around before spotting her old cycling buddies who had turned up as a surprise to cheer her on. Tracey has been a regular Parkrunner ever since.
